How to register as a Volunteer:

Instructions to create an account for first time users

 

1.      click on the register now and fill in your information. (Note use an active e-mail address you consistently use, create a password you will remember you will need it next season.) password examples: child's name & birthday, email password, Child's name and phone number ect...    

2.       Click on the box that matches your ‘situation’ and follow those directions.

 Note you will need an active credit card to pay your background check fee. (These will be reimbursed during the season)

   1.   The website will guide you through creating an account using your email and a password you create. 

   ---- If you are having problems contact Blue Sombrero or the Region.

Region 800 Registration refund policy:

AYSO Region 800 will grant a partial refund if you drop your child(ren) from a player program if the request is made prior to the start of the fall, or spring season. Please note that the national player fee of $20.00 is non-refundable. Example the registration fee is $55.00 minus the national player fee your refund will be $35.00.

Once the season has started (first practice)it is up to the regional board to determine if the full $35.00 is refunded or an adjusted refund will be issued.

The first week of matches are played there will be an adjusted refund made. Any registered player(s) seeking a refund are subject to a non-refundable national player fee along with the regional player fee.  $20.00 national fee and $15.00 regional player fee.

No refunds will be given after the second week of matches unless the regional board deems it necessary for unforeseen circumstances.

All refund requests must fill out a request form picked up at the trailer NO EXCEPTIONS.

Uniforms: AYSO Region 800 will not refund the purchase of uniforms, or equipment purchases.

2.       Click on the box that matches your ‘situation’ and follow those directions.

   1.   The website will guide you through creating an account using your email and a password you create. 

   2.   Please print out 1 copy of the registration form. Give your registration form to the child's coach at the first practice. The coaches must have the registration form or the child may not participate in practice or matches                                                                                                                                                                                    3.   If you are having problems contact Blue Sombrero or the Region.

    For child's first practice:

• (1) COPY OF THE PRINTED REGISTRATION FORM                                                                                                                                                                                                                   (2) Shin Guards, Water,Ball                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           (Schoolyard, 6-U, 8-U size 3 ball ; 10-U size 4 ball; 12-U and above size 5 ball)
